Inhoud

This component consists of Management Accounting and Purchasing Theory and will be concluded by a joint written examination according to examination planning.

Management Accounting
The student is able to prepare and monitor cost estimates, budgets and financing plans for various events. The student compares offers, draws up contracts, cost estimates, budgets and financing plans and monitors these for an event (project) that he/she has devised in a project group as well as for the assignment in practice

Purchasing Theory
Purchasing is an indispensable and versatile function that everyone in an organisation has to deal with, including the event manager.
