Upon completion of the course you:
·         will be able to do research within an organisation or community in an appreciative way
·         will be able to conduct an appreciative interview
·         will be able to design an intervention together with the stakeholders in an organisation or community
·         will be able to integrate theory and best practices learned in the other courses in this intervention
·         will be able to carry out the intervention successfully
·         will be able to evaluate this intervention in an appreciative way


Content
In this course you will work together in a multi-disciplinary group of 4/5 students on developing and implementing an intervention for a specific group, organization or community. The intervention will be based on the knowledge of Positive Psychology and on the knowledge of your own field of expertise. The conducted research is based on the principles of appreciative inquiry.
