Learning outcomes

1. The student understands the different forms of classical, process-oriented and development-oriented methods of evaluation and assurance in organizations and makes a substantiated choice for application.
2. Select, argue and apply the models that are relevant to the project from the various classic and current models that can be used in the effect evaluation research.
3. The student creates sustainable outcomes with the innovation in the innovation ecosystem by converting knowledge about the design and the design process into value and transferring it to the client.
4. The student switches between a leading and a coaching role in various types of conversation, in which the student motivates the other to change behavior or views.

 

Content

The following final assignment is central in the fourth block of the second year of the Management in Care programme; one magazine per project group. The following elements are included in this magazine: Context, Output, Outcome and Contribution to the mission. Specifically, this means:

· CONTEXT: sketch of the context and placing the (changed) question within this context

  OUTPUT: evaluation of the developed product/service/prototypes

· OUTCOME: evaluation of the effects of the developed product/service/prototypes.

· CONTRIBUTION to the MISSION: placement of the change process and its effects (output and outcome) in relation to the mission formulated in relation to the issue
