Learning outcomes

After finishing this module the student:
  • recognizes his learning style and applies it to a practical situation
  • creates a planning for study activities, exams and free time in different time scales (daily, weekly, quarterly)
  • works collaboratively in a project and promotes both his own interest and the interest of the group
  • recognizes cultural differences in verbal and nonverbal communication and works to negotiate a shared understanding

Content

In this first module of Professional Skills you will learn how to learn, how to participate in student projects and how to be aware of the cultural differences in the group. The student will also lean some basics in project management and study planning. A professional attitude will be developed by learning to play several roles in a project group and reflecting on your own behavior and attitude.
