Learning outcomes

After finishing this module the student:
  • reflects on the outcome of a 360 degree feedback survey and fits the development issues that emerge in a practical situation
  • applies the rules of feedback in practice for both giving and receiving feedback
  • works collaboratively in a project in the role of chairman, planner and secretary
  • manages on-going project progress, making efficient use of available resources and planning tools
  • knows his preferred team role in Belbin’s model and applies the insights given from that theory in the study projects

Content

In this second module the emphasis is on group dynamics and feedback. The student will learn about the various team roles as described by Belbin, and how your preferred team role behavior influences the team process. The student will be challenged to give and seek feedback as a means for your personal and professional growth. The student will also learn the art of addressing an audience and public speaking.
