Content

This module focuses on care and welfare organizations in a changing society. A central message of this block is that when working with an individual, team or organization you always include context in your analysis. By context we mean the environment that gives meaning to the individual, the team or the organization. In block 2 you zoomed in on 'the organisation', now we zoom out and look at the social context and developments in it.
