Content

The 'Improvement Plan' test consists of two parts. The first part of the test consists of an assessment of the presentation or report of the improvement plan. This presentation or report contains a justification for the choice of the improvement proposal with regard to quality. In addition, the design of the improvement proposal. The student also reflects on the product and the process. The second part of the test consists of the work supervisor's assessment of the functioning in the workplace in relation to showing nursing leadership by drawing up an improvement plan.

For the Fastswitch, the portfolio is the form of assessment.

During the working group meetings, attention is paid to nursing leadership in relation to drawing up an improvement plan. In addition, various quality systems are discussed and the way they are used within the practice.
The class also focuses on reflecting on one's own actions using various models and methodologies. The aim is to develop a critical and analytical attitude towards one's own (nursing) behaviour and that of colleagues and other disciplines.
