  1. The student applies design research skills in a project
  2. The student negotiates and advises for a client on the implementation and management of a new service. 
  3. The student performs and reflects on a selection interview and bad news interview as part of the HR cycle in actual practice situations

Content

Students will work on their own professional skills needed as an young facility manager in the areas of design research, negotiation and advising skills and recruitment & selection and bad news interviews as a manager in the HR cycle.
