Learning outcomes

Upon completion of the module, the student is able to:
- apply relevant up-to-date models and frameworks to diagnose, analyze and resolve business problems.
- collect, analyze and interpret relevant secondary and primary data by utilizing data analytics and business intelligence tools for evidence-based decision-making.
- apply strategic thinking to make informed and effective decisions in diverse business scenarios resulting in feasible solutions.
- effectively describe and present the business case, explain the context and logically relate it to findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.

The course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of advanced business consultancy practices and the opportunity to gain practical skills necessary to diagnose complex (international) business problems from different business areas/interfaces, including sustainability, and design innovative and effective solutions in an international business setting (Global Mindset)
