Upon completion of the module, the student is able to:

- effectively describe and present the business case, explain the context and logically relate it to findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.
- collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. client/company) and to manage the relationship(s) in a professional manner.
- examine and apply ethical considerations and professional standards in business consulting, emphasizing integrity and responsibility.

The course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of advanced business consultancy practices and the opportunity to gain practical skills necessary to diagnose complex (international) business problems from different business areas/interfaces, including sustainability, and design innovative and effective solutions in an international business setting (Global Mindset)
