Inhoud

Within the module the student activates his learning process in finding his unique answer to the core question ‘How am I an interdisciplinary business professional?’ The student starts with self-research, based on autobiographic material & online assessment, which results in awareness of his personal strengths and limitations in behavior patterns. The outcomes are input for a portfolio in which he collects relevant data to anwser this core question. Subsequently he reflects on his own development related to specific experiences, problems and interventions. The student determines his own agenda and learning goals and integrates his knowledge derived from the content modules. During the module, the student integrates and processes explicitly personal (learning) questions, insights and self-knowledge in order to develop into a unique and authentic innovation professional in a sustainable way.
