Upon successful completion of the module, the student is able to: 
  • distinguish and explain concepts of organizational behaviour in terms of individual processes (personality, perception and motivation) 
  • distinguish and explain concepts of organizational behaviour in terms of group processes in organizations (leadership and conflict) 
  • apply theories of the discipline, as taught in class, to specific situations that could take place in a (multicultural) business context
