- is aware of the salient politeness conventions and acts appropriately.
- has a sufficient vocabulary to express him/herself.
- uses reasonably accurately a repertoire of frequently used “routines” and patterns associated with more predictable situations.
- initiates, maintain and close simple, face-to-face conversation.
- uses a prepared questionnaire to carry out a structured interview, with
- some spontaneous follow up questions.
