At the end of this course, successful students will be able to:
- express themselves fluently, spontaneously, and highly accurately without obvious searching for expressions, using context-appropriate language flexibly and effectively for professional purposes, expressing themselves in clear, well-structured, detailed language on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organizational patterns, connectors, and cohesive devices (C1).
- easily engage in, and continue, a debate or meeting, even on abstract, complex unfamiliar topics, arguing a formal position convincingly, respond to questions and comments and answer complex lines of counterargument fluently, spontaneously and appropriately, showing awareness of negotiation strategies and sensitivity to the effects of the outcome for various stakeholders.

Inhoud
Business Communication: Students will develop communication strategies that can be used to debate, persuade, sensitively express disagreement, compromise, and negotiate. The language and skills necessary to facilitate formal meeting procedures will also be covered.
Career training skills: students will work through the process of finding a job/internship. This will include finding out what you have to offer an employer, your visibility on social media, researching your network, writing application letters and a CV to attract the readers' attention, how to perform in an interview.
