Content
Basic knowledge of the organization of organizations in the healthcare and/or welfare sector.
The professional practitioner is confronted with (new) policy to which he must conform and which he must translate into his own actions. Experiences the functioning of an organization, both the formal and the informal aspects.
He becomes acquainted with personnel policy, which applies to himself or to the team.
He also gains experience with personnel instruments such as performance and absenteeism interviews.
