Learning outcomes

  1. The student is able to describe the working method of a partnership based on his own experience and give a nuanced opinion about the relationship of the working method with the results. 
  2. The student can interpret making plans as the start of a process in which formulating, executing, evaluating and adjusting goals are logical steps. 
  3. The student is able to conform to (new) policy and translate it into his own actions. 

Content

Basic knowledge of the organization of organizations in the healthcare and/or welfare sector. 

The professional practitioner is confronted with (new) policy to which he must conform and which he must translate into his own actions. Experiences the functioning of an organization, both the formal and the informal aspects. 

He becomes acquainted with personnel policy, which applies to himself or to the team. 

He also gains experience with personnel instruments such as performance and absenteeism interviews.
