Content

Within this module we appeal to the personal qualities that are required of you as an innovator: innovative thinking, creativity, networking and creating value. You are invited to demonstrate these aspects by devising and realizing new or improved products/services and processes for your organization (unit). We pay attention to the Design Thinking method and matching tools such as empathy map, context canvas and the business model canvas.
It is precisely the combination of these tools that have a powerful impact, so that you are able to make a sustainable contribution to the innovation climate in your organization.
