Content

This module focuses on the A3 method. This is a research method from the LEAN philosophy that analyses a bottleneck in practice, on the basis of which an improvement plan is implemented. The development of the researching capacity of the professional practitioner is central to this. In the various steps of the A3 method, attention is paid to involving employees in the research in order to create support and to bring about sustainable change in co-creation.
